The Coming Man

Commentary for 30 June 2014
It was Aristotle who reminded us, in his Metaphysics, that “our ancestors in the remotest ages” portrayed the sun, moon and planetary bodies as gods. These ancestors believed “that the divine encompasses the whole of nature.” Myths were propagated by our ancestors, said Aristotle, “for the persuasion of the multitude” to certain and specific social and legal practices.
A famous persuader and myth-maker of the last century, named Adolf Hitler, wrote a book titled Mein Kampf, in which he postulated the theory (read myth) of the Jews as “enemies of the Aryan race.” He would later confide to his Valet, Heinz Linge, that the Jews were not really “a race” but represented a state of mind or idea (i.e., an opposing myth).
We tend to think of a myth as something old, belonging to primitive people. Savages and barbarians believe in myths, we say to ourselves (while we believe in science!). The Vikings founded their society on myths, as did the ancient Germans, Romans, Greeks and Celts. Yet we are no different today. Communism and National Socialism were myths as well. Both of these, in turn, despised the myth of democracy. In the Second World War, the three myths of the modern world – Communism, Nazism and Democracy – fought against each other.

The European Union prepares the ‘solidarity clause’ framework for military use against citizens

The EU creates a legal framework for Europe-wide deployment of police and military units . At the same time, the EU Commission is working intensively on the creation of a single EU police unit as well as an EU public prosecutor (more here ).
The use of the “European Gendarmerie Force” (EUROGENDFOR) is made possible by the “solidarity clause” as Heise reported. At the unit, headquartered in Vicenza, Italy, all EU Member States are involved, the Gendarmerien, so police forces with military status are used. One of the founding countries of the EUROGENDFOR include Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and the Netherlands. We provide our services to the police unit of the EU, NATO or the UN.
“The ‘solidarity clause’ is redundant, since the EU already has mechanisms for mutual assistance in case of disasters. Secondly, the clause amplifies the course to a militarization of domestic politics, since upon request military can be used in another Member State.
“On Tuesday, the representatives of the EU Member States in the Council adopted a decision on the so-called ‘solidarity clause’. Were a disaster or a loosely defined crisis to occur, the organs of the European Union would be obliged to assist using all the instruments at their disposal. This includes military resources”, warned Member of the Bundestag Andrej Hunko.

“After America Comes North America,” Gen. Petraeus Boasts

“After America Comes North America,” Gen. Petraeus BoastsFormer general and CIA chief David Petraeus (shown), a key figure in the globalistCouncil on Foreign Relations and the shadowy Bilderberg network, boasted at a recent conference that the United States of America is set to be merged into the continental regime being erected under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Speaking at the Margaret Thatcher Conference on Liberty last week in London, the ex-commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan and Iraq essentially celebrated the end of U.S. independence — and by extension, the demise of the Constitution.
“After America comes North America,” Petraeus said confidently in answering the question about what comes after the United States, the theme of the panel discussion. “Are we on the threshold of the North American decade, question mark? I threw that away — threw away the question mark — and boldly proclaimed the coming North American decade, says the title now.” He also boasted about how the three economies have been put “together” over the last 20 years as part of the “implementation” of the North American Free Trade Act.

America defines its major foreign policy goal as sodomia and threatens all opponents of democratic sodomization

American vice president Biden said that the protection of the "rights of sodomites" should be above all national cultural values and social traditions. At the same time, he called "inhuman" those countries that do not allow a free spread of democratic pederasty.

"I don't care what your culture is. Inhumanity is inhumanity. Prejudice is prejudice", said the defender of sodomists' "rights" Biden during a meeting with a group of sodomic activists from America and other countries.

It is to be recalled, that according to the American democratic authorities, it is a serious crime and violation of human rights if you try to introduce ban on the propaganda of pederasty among children.

The vice president said that all American government agencies have been instructed by Obama to give priority to promotion of sodomia worldwide and defend the rights of pederasts and sexual perverts of both sexes.

Countries that do not strengthen the rights of sodomites (that is, do not allow a free spread of pederasty), must "pay the price for inhumanity", Biden threatened.

Addressing the gathering of world sodomists, Biden announced - "You represent the majority, and those others - they are troglodytes".

Earlier, White House adviser on national security Rice said that protection of the rights of pederasts against "a global discrimination" was one of the most difficult "problems in the sphere of human rights that the United States faces".

The stage is being set for World War III

Look at what's taking place and ask yourself for whom is Obama really working. It's certainly not the people of United States of America

Today, every American, everyone in the West needs to step away from their backyard barbeques and pool parties and pay close attention, look long and hard at what is being engineered in Iraq, for life as we know it will soon change. For Americans, Iraq is a half a world away. For others, it much closer. For everyone, though, it’s soon to become very personal for all of us.

America, the West and the world is bearing witness to one of the most significant geopolitical events of the last century taking place in Iraq and throughout the Middle East. But few fully understand the enormity of what they are seeing. Even fewer understand the big picture or thinking big enough, as all is not what it appears. We are witnessing the second act of the play about which I’ve previously written, which is the setting of the stage for World War III. Our world as we know it will soon change, and no one will be left untouched by the events that have been orchestrated by the globalist screenwriters and directors.

China, G77 Tyrants, and UN Boss Demand “New World Order”

A collection of over 100 of the world’s communist, Islamist, and socialist tyrants, along with some elected but mostly corrupt Third World regimes, gathered in Bolivia at the G77 plus China summit to demand what they called a “New World Order to Live Well.” United Nations boss Ban Ki-moon joined the anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-national sovereignty, anti-free market festivities, calling on the assembled rulers — the biggest bloc at the UN — to keep pushing “sustainable development” and global-warming alarmism with the goal of foisting global governance on humanity. Despite its significance, the historic 50th anniversary G77 summit went largely unnoticed in the establishment press.
In their final declaration, signed by more than 130 rulers from around the world, the regimes called for what amounts to global tyranny, central planning, and massive wealth redistribution from Western taxpayers to oppressive Third World governments. Everything must be in “harmony” with “Mother Earth” under a “sustainable” UN “international climate change regime,” they said. From a stronger UN better able to implement its “mandates” to empowering the UN General Assembly as an “emblem of global sovereignty” and advancing a global reserve currency run by the IMF, the radical screed demands a dramatic planetary transformation.
“We fully respect the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, particularly as they relate to equality among States,” the regimes said in the final agreement, calling for the “strengthening” of the UN for a wide variety of purposes. “We recognize that the United Nations needs to improve its capabilities and capacities to fully implement its mandates and to ensure the effective delivery of its programs in the social and economic development fields.” The agreement, dubbed the “Declaration of Santa Cruz: For a New World Order for Living Well,” also called for empowering the despot-dominated UN General Assembly to be a sort of veto-proof planetary legislature.

The Homicidal
Versus the Suicidal

Commentary for 23 June 2014

It appears we are witnessing a diversionary operation targetting the U.S. border with Mexico (flooding it with people). Anyone with strategic sense should be alarmed at the way this is progressing. It is an objective fact, like it or not, that somebody has gone to a lot of expense to mess with our border. And now the border patrol has to switch personnel from Arizona to Texas. But the main drug pathways into the U.S. come through Arizona. And as we know all too well, these are the same pathways marked out by Moscow for smuggling WMDs past our security services. So there is reason for concern, especially as Russia has resumed its heightened state of alert, with further troop mobilizations and exercises. At the same time, Iraq is being lost to some kind of terrorist blitzkrieg. It is all very disconcerting, though Washington continues with its usual silliness. While the enemy maneuvers on every front, our leaders in Washington are like blind kittens -- helpless and doomed. They do not know what they are doing, failing to recognize the leathal threat that is building.

Is There Any Reason to Celebrate Our First Ten Years in the EU?

Many thanks for the invitation. I am really glad to be here again and to meet many old friends. The twelve months between last June and this one supplied us with many significant events. Some of them were unexpected but some of them were known in advance. We – in the Czech Republic and other Central and East European countries – did expect the coming of the 10th anniversary of our EU membership. This moment gave us an opportunity to analyse and discuss this experience.
Countries in our part of the world are similar as regards their communist past, but they differ in many respects – in size, GDP per capita level, share of trade with the rest of the EU, historical traditions, geographical vicinity to Russia, national mentality, maturity, political structure, ruling political ideology, etc. The impact of their EU membership was correspondingly different. I don’t know exactly how all the countries in the region celebrated this anniversary, but in the Czech Republic there were no celebrations. With the exception of several unconvincing statements made by the representatives of the new political elite brought to the fore by last year´s political changes, who vehemently try to differentiate themselves from the previous political leadership, from the former president and the former right-of-centre government, the support of the EU is at the lowest level ever.
The people didn’t find a reason for any kind of celebrations. Serious analysis of the impact of EU membership is not available and propagandistic statements were rightfully considered meaningless. The problem is that a serious, unbiased, politically neutral cost-benefit analysis of the EU membership is difficult to make. It would be technically and methodologically complicated because of its multidimensional character. The EU membership was not a controlled experiment. We didn’t live in a vacuum, all other things were not kept equal, the “ceteris paribus” condition was not fulfilled.

The Myth of “Unfair” Markets and “Extreme” Capitalism

When government bureaucrats call for “inclusive” capitalism and “fair” markets, you know they are not doing so out of compassion for the poor or of sense of justice. They do it to protect their positions of power and to justify their jobs as the regulators of the economy and the markets. Let’s analyze a recent example to see what is wrong with the bureaucrats’ argument. Last week in London, Bank of England governor Mark Carney, a very powerful bureaucrat, criticized capitalism for being “prone to extremes” and called for market “fairness” at a conference on “inclusive capitalism,” undoubtedly envisioning himself as a moderator of capitalism and a corrector of market “unfairness.” (See a National Post column by William Watson on Carney’s talk, including a partial transcript, here. Peter Foster also comments on it here.)

The problem with Carney’s arguments is that they are based on an illusion. There is no such thing as “extreme” capitalism and “unfair” (free) markets. It is the government efforts to “moderate” capitalism and to make markets “fair” that create the unfairness they claim to alleviate. Thanks to the governments and their bureaucrats like Mr. Carney, there is no pure capitalism and free markets anywhere in the world today—despite the fact that pure capitalism is the social system most consistent with the requirements of human survival and flourishing.

Empire of Lies, Part IV
Exploiting the Dialectic of Right and Left

Commentary for 16 June 2014
Individuals marked primarily by Class I (Combinations) residues are the “Foxes” of Machiavelli. They live by their wits; they put their reliance on fraud, deceit, and shrewdness. They do not have strong attachment to family, church, nation, and traditions (though they may exploit these attachments in others). They live in the present, taking little thought of the future, and are always ready for change, novelty, and adventure. In economic affairs, they incline toward speculation, promotion, innovation. They are not adept, as a rule, in the use of force. They are inventive and chance-taking.
                                  - James Burnham, The Machiavellians (p. 237-8)
In parts I-III we have seen how the Empire of Lies advances on all fronts, at home and abroad. Big Government Socialism is, of course, the heart of modernity’s Big Lie, where God is dead and unchecked political power forms the basis of a monstrous new religion disguised as “science.” This new religion rises up on every side. Its adherents dominate the media, education, government and the arts. This religion decries the wickedness of all who eschew social conscience, and who advance the “dismal science” of economic principle, or who adhere to God and country.
The accursed of the new religion are set down as follows: the nation state, traditional folkways, market economics, and the liberty toward which these organic formations tend. In place of the old God they have put forward a number of candidates: first among these (1) the people; (2) the proletariat; (3) non-whites; (4) women; (5) the planet; (6) and homosexuals. Each of these false Gods, depicted as the crucified victims of a wicked capitalist patriarchy, are set up in honored pity; as hero-victims whose plight justifies the Great Revolution.

Exploring Al-Qa’ida’s Russian Connection

[Note: This is an unusually controversial piece, even for my blog, for reasons that will quickly become obvious. Linkages between Al-Qa'ida and Russian intelligence have been discussed in hushed tones among spies in many countries, for years, and this matter has been a "hobby file" of mine for some time. Here is a think-piece on it, in the hope of spurring additional discussion and research into this important yet murky matter. This is particularly necessary given rising tensions between Moscow and the West at present. Considering the subject, I have eschewed my usual hyperlinks in favor of proper end-notes.]

There are two histories: The official history, mendacious, which is given to us; and the secret history, where you find the real causes of events, a shameful history.”
– Honoré de Balzac

The history of al-Qa’ida has been extensively documented in many languages. Since the 9/11 attacks on the United States, massive research has been devoted to uncovering the origins of the global jihad movement, its strategies, concepts of operations, and ultimate aspirations.[1] Such works have been assisted by the willingness of al-Qa’ida to talk openly about some parts of its narrative. While many aspects of al-Qa’ida’s almost thirty-year history have been examined in impressive detail, other parts of the story remain shrouded in mystery. In some cases, gaps are caused by a lack of information available to analysts and researchers. However, other underreported stories in the development of the global jihad movement remain untold, or unexplained, by apparent design.

Remarks at the Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation

I am extremely honored to be at this place at this very moment. The statue of the Goddess of Democracy, standing here only seven years, has already become an integral part of the city. Today´s commemoration puts together several important events – the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, the 7th anniversary of the unveiling of the Goddess of Democracy statue by President George W. Bush, the 27th anniversary of President Ronald Reagan´s historic Berlin speech at which he famously said “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” and, last but not least, the unforgettable memory of the Tiananmen Square Massacre where the original statue was erected by Chinese students in May 1989.

As someone who was for decades locked inside communist Czechoslovakia and remembers both Ronald Reagan´s speech and Tiananmen Square atrocities, I feel very strongly about all these events and am glad to be able to use this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of you for keeping the memory of victims of communism alive and for not letting communism be forgotten.

I was highly honored in October 2013 when the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation gave me the Truman-Reagan Medal of Freedom. In my speech on that occasion, I said that the tragedies connected with communism must not be marginalized, must not be misinterpreted or even excused and – what I would like to stress – must not be taken as an unrepeatable aberration which happened more or less by accident and can never return. I am convinced that I am not alone who sees new dangers around us in the current era. We shouldn´t be misled by the fact that these dangers do not use the term communism as their headline or as their main idea.

The Empire of Lies, Part III: The Corruption of Eloquence

Commentary for 9 June 2014
By J.R. Nyquist
In A Dialogue Concerning Oratory: Or the Causes of Corrupt Eloquence, the Roman historian Cornelius Tacitus relayed the observation of an orator on Rome’s descent into entertainment culture during  the first century AD: “The causes of the decay of eloquence are by no means difficult to be traced,” the orator explained. “The true causes [of the decay] are, the dissipation of our young men, the inattention of parents, the ignorance of those who pretend to give instruction, and the total neglect of ancient discipline.”
Ancient discipline, of course, was morally serious. It was passionate in that seriousness. Near the beginning of the first century the Roman historian Titus Livy mourned “the dark dawning of our modern day,” and noted: “In these later years wealth has brought avarice in its train, and the unlimited command of pleasures has created in men a passion for ruining themselves and everything else through self-indulgence and licentiousness.”
In this distant mirror, held up by Livy two thousand years ago, we may see our own reflection. Indeed, we are repeating the social history of the first century. We have all the maladies, and more. Tacitus used the following words to describe the ancient discipline, as opposed to the licentiousness of moderns: “Our ancestors pursued a different plan: They stored their minds with just ideas of moral good and evil; with the rules of right and wrong, and the fair and foul in human transactions. These, on every controverted point, are the orator’s province.” (XXXI.1)
What else should eloquence be for?

Gorbachev's Socialist Plan for a United World

Gorbachev's Socialist Plan for a United World
by Berit Kjos - 1995

"...there was very strong agreement that religious institutions have to take primary responsibility for the population explosion. We must speak far more clearly about sexuality, about contraception, about abortion, about the values that control the population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90 percent and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage." Sam Keen, closing plenary session.

"...in our discussions here at the forum there was no trace of the futile debate about what is better, capitalism or socialism.... We should seek a synthesis of ideas and values that have proven their viability..."
Mikhail Gorbachev, discussing a new form of democracy

“We cannot leap into world government in one quick step… The precondition for ... genuine globalization is progressive regionalization, because thereby we move toward larger, more stable, more cooperative units.”
Keynote speaker Zbigniew Brzezinski, former head of the Trilateral Commission [now a foreign policy adviser to Barack Obama].
Organized by the Gorbachev Foundation, the first annual State of the World Forum convened in San Francisco on September 27, 1995. The former head of the Communist empire had gathered "nearly 500 senior states-people, political leaders, spiritual leaders, scientists, intellectuals, business executives, artists and youth from 50 nations to begin a process of deliberation on the central question of what priorities, values and actions should guide humanity as it moves into the next phase of development." said Jim Garrison, President of the Gorbachev Foundation.
"Human interdependence," he continued, "must now become our watchword as we move into the global civilization which lies ahead: interdependence with each other, interdependence with the earth, interdependence with the Spirit [not the Holy Spirit] which perennially guides the affairs of humankind."
Perhaps the most powerful of these global elites was Zbigniew Brzezinski. See more here: Elite Conspiracies & Zbigniew Brzezinski

Graceful like a dancer, Christina moved across the stage. Above her hung the flags of the nations and a banner announcing "The State of the World". The theme and its vision of global renewal fit her well, for in her flowing white maternity gown and long golden hair, she resembled a New Age painting of an ethereal earth goddess ready to birth new life. Clutching the microphone, she began to sing a prayer to her universal god:
