''Chechen insurgents deny any link to marathon bombing''

NBC NEWS: ''Chechen insurgents deny any link to marathon bombing''

The third-largest US mainstream television channel NBC Newsreported in the article "Chechen insurgents deny any link to marathon bombing. The article states:

"The militant group responsible for the Chechen insurgency cast doubt Friday on allegations that the two known suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing - who are of Chechen origin - carried out the attacks.

The official media arm of the Chechen mujahedeen, the Kavkaz Center, published a blog post that suggested the investigation into Monday's deadly attack is part of an anti-Chechnya "PR campaign."

The Kavkaz Center mocked the "lightning speed" at which the two known suspects in the attack on the Boston Marathon - Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, who was at large on Friday,  and his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, who was killed in a firefight with law enforcement - were identified. The group called the investigation "completely muddled".

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in December 1991, Chechen fighters have waged a violent struggle against the Kremlin, leading to two bloody wars and the loss of hundreds of thousands of civilian lives.

In a translation of the blog provided by Evan Kohlmann, an NBC News security analyst, the Chechens questioned the logic that the Tsarnaev brothers could be terrorists.

"The news that the brothers attacked police officers, carjacked a man and did an array of other things, instead of going into hiding, looks strange at the very least", the article said.

NBC's Richard Engel discusses the recent history of unrest in the Caucasus where the suspects in the Mass. terror attacks are believed to have been raised for the early part of their lives.

The blog also argued that the younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was "very far from your typical ‘Islamic terrorist.' He named career and money as his main credo. What's more, he just logged onto his Russian social networking site a few hours ago".

Chechen insurgents have claimed responsibility for a series of dramatic kidnappings and attacks, including on a hospital in southern Russia, a Moscow theater in 2002 (where all 40 insurgents and 130 out of some 800 hostages were killed by noxious gas pumped into the theater by Russian commandos), and a school in Beslan, Russia (where over 380 people, including several hundred children died in what critics called a heavy-handed "rescue attempt" by Russian police).

If a connection between the marathon bombing suspects and Chechen separatists was established, it would mark the first time militants from the former Soviet republic have launched a deadly attack outside Russia.

The bombing suspects' uncle Ruslan Tsarni pleads for his nephew Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to turn himself in.

The insurgency's blog concluded that the campaign to implicate a Chechen connection was likely orchestrated by Russia's President Vladamir Putin ahead of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, a Russian Black Sea resort which is located only a few hundred miles from the border with Chechnya.

Putin has long justified repression in the region as attacks on so-called "separatists" and "terrorists."

The blog also noted that the spokesperson for Ramzan Kadyrov wasn't even taking phone calls because he didn't want to talk about the events in Boston.

In a passionate interview with reporters Friday, the brothers' uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, also vehemently denied that there was any connection to the Chechen insurgency.

"This has nothing to do with Chechnya. Chechens are peaceful people", he said.

Tsarni insisted that the young men's actions were apolitical... Anything else, anything else to do with religion, with Islam - it's a fraud, it's a fake".

Anzor Tsarnaev: I am supporter of Kadyrov. My sons did not tell anything about Chechnya's independence

Father of the Tsarnaev brotherssaid in an interview to the Chechen Service of Radio Liberty that his sons were framed by security services.

"This is pure staging. Someone did that on purpose. I do not know why this is done. I know my children. How can a man who has never prayed to go and blow up something?.. The older one went to the mosque. We often visited by security services and asked who is thinking about and stuff ... And the younger had never even prayed".

To the question of whether his son spoke about the independence of Chechnya, Anzor Tsarnaev literally exploded:

"What Chechnya. They never lived in Chechnya. They had never had this in their head. There is no Chechnya, what independence? Especially since I'm a supporter of Kadyrov, what independence you're talking about? ... I lived for 10 years in America, returned home to die, so I was not dragged out here and there... It's all staging..."

Meanwhile, the wounded Dzhokhar Tsarnaev eventually caught after many hours of confrontation in the suburbs of Boston. US authorities have reported that he is injured. However, no exact information about his condition was given.

News agencies report that Barack Obama had a telephone conversation with Putin. In a statement by the White House said that Putin has expressed his condolences to the families of the victims in Boston and Obama praised the Kremlin ringleader for "the close cooperation that the United States has received from Russia on counterterrorism, including in the wake of the Boston attack".

In turn, FBI officials told news agencies that in 2011 the security forces at the request of an unnamed foreign country questioned Tamerlan Tsarnaev - the older of the two brothers. During this conversation, Tsarnaev said nothing suspicious.

Tsarnaev brothers is the product not so much of Chechnya, but much of the Chechen diaspora, commented on the situation for BBC News Prof. Matthew Payne at Emory University in Atlanta. Tsarnaevs fled from the "fierce Russian-Chechen wars of the 1990s and early 2000s", he said.

Meanwhile, people who knew the brothers describe them in a positive way:

A student named Zach Boyer, who lived in the dormitory next door to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, told the BBC News that he was "a pretty nice person. "I saw him all the time. He was often in my room... He did wrestling and played soccer. He was well liked".
BBC News also reports that "high school friends of Tamerlan describes him to me as nice, sociable and funny. That was in 2006. Did he change recently? What happened?".

It is to be recalled that, according to the US authorities, Tamerlane Tsarnaev traveled to Russia and spent six months and then returned to America.
According to the New York Times and CBS News Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, his mother and father in the past year received US citizenship. Tamerlan Tsarnaev also filed an application for US citizenship, his papers have been issued by half.

There is another version of who bombed Boston Marathon

According to an American information portal Natural News, the Boston Marathon could have been blown up by an FBI affiliated American military organization "The Craft".

In an article dated April 19 and entitled "Total media blackout now under way on most likely suspects in Boston marathon bombing", the portal writes in particular:

"In a story that's almost as explosive as the actual bombing itself, the mainstream media is waging a total media blackout on the photos of "The Craft" private military operatives who were present at the Boston marathon bombing.

NaturalNews.com and InfoWars.com have published a multitude of photoswhich absolutely prove that numerous members of "The Craft" private military contractors were actively engaged in operations at the finish line of the marathon.

This is photographic proof. In real police work, it's called "evidence." But astonishingly, there is not a single mention of "The Craft" in any mainstream media outlet: not NYT, not Washington Post, not LA Times, etc. Not a single word.

This is quickly becoming the biggest media cover-up of all time.

A photo showing a backpack belonging to a member of "The Craft" is identical to the FBI promoted backpack of a Chechen with purported bomb inside

***

FBI now pushing a false script rather than pursuing real evidence.

The FBI is also deeply engaged in the cover-up, selectively choosing the publicize photos of the patsies who are scripted to take the fall.

As part of its cover-up, the FBI has announced "other photos will not be deemed credible."

Huh? The only photos that count are the ones you say count? How is that an "investigation?"

So even though we have a multitude of photos now showing at least ten men wearing combat uniforms, black backpacks and tactical gear, the FBI has no interest in these people! Even though we have already proven through photographic evidence that one of them is carrying a radiation detector and that nearly all of them are carrying black backpacks.

Reporter censored at press conference.

Dan Bidondi, an Infowars.com reporter based on the East Coast, attempted to show photos of "The Craft" operatives during a public press conference and was immediately censored by government agents holding up clipboards to block his photos.

Incredible! No photos from the event that are not selected by the FBI are allowed to be shown!

Click here to watch the video report.

It begs the question: What is so dangerous about these photos of "The Craft" that a nationwide media blackout is being waged?

If there's a simple, innocent explanation for all this, why would it be a problem to show the photos? Beware of any media outlet or government department that tells you "You can't see THESE photos. That's not allowed!"

We would like to note that seditious photos of the members of the FBI unit "The Craft" could be viewed at Natural News on the following link, without permission from the US federal government.

The Guardian: Boston bombing plays into Kremlin's hands

According to Reuters, "Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev posted links to Islamic websites and others calling for Chechen independence on what appears to be his page on a Russian language social networking site".

A British private TV channel ITV specifies: "The teenager also posted links to videos of fighters in the Syrian civil war and to Islamic web pages, including one named: 'There is no God but Allah, let that ring out in our hearts'."

In turn, Foreign Policy writes:

"Meanwhile, Kavkaz Center, the propaganda and news site associated with the Islamist militant movement in the North Caucasus, has posted an item in Russian expressing skepticism about the guilt of Boston Marathon bombing suspects Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Headlined, "Strange 'Terrorists'," the article notes that the suspects are "as if to order" for the US media to link the events in Boston to the violence in Chechnya, and reports that "experts" (the quotes are from Foreign Policy - KC) have suggested that the only evidence used by US investigators was looking at photos of people wearing backpacks near the bombing".

It is to be mentioned in this context that KC wrote a little differently with reference to the commentators, namely: "... some experts point out that the only factor that seems to have been considered as evidence by American investigators are people with backpacks that were spotted by street cameras".

Luke Harding also wrote in The Guardian. In his article entitled "Chechnya and the Boston bombing: link, if established, would be unprecedented) he specifically writes:

"...The Kremlin and its regional proxies have been battling a different kind of enemy (not "separatists" as before - KC). This new generation of insurgents has an explicitly Islamist goal: seeking to create a radical pan-Caucasian emirate ruled by Islamic law, like Afghanistan under the Taliban. The movement's leader, Doku Umarov, unveiled this ambitious vision in 2007.

He vowed to "liberate" not only Russia's Muslim north Caucasus but a large chunk of European Russia.

The new generation of twenty something rebels is also exploiting a powerful new weapon: the internet. The main Chechen rebel website, kavkazcenter.com, posts reports from the jihadist movement worldwide: from Syria, where Chechen diaspora fighters are battling government forces in Aleppo, from Pakistan, and from Turkey.

In the North Caucasus, meanwhile, the Kremlin is carrying out a brutal and rolling counter-insurgency campaign. Its focus is Dagestan, the neighboring state to Chechnya, and now a hotbed of violent jihadist rebellion. Three weeks ago, Umarov appealed to Chechen fighters abroad to come home to take part in the fight.

Cerwyn Moore, an expert on the insurgency in southern Russian insurgency at Birmingham University, said he was surprised it may have spilled over into the US. "It's a marked change. It seems very odd. There have never been attacks like this outside Russia". But he added: "You have a group of people who have lived outside Chechnya because of the second Chechen war. This is also an inter-generational thing".

Odd or not, the Boston bombings play perfectly into the Kremlin's hands, ahead of Russia's 2014 Winter Olympics, to be hosted in Sochi, not far from where the current insurgency is raging. It reinforces Putin's claim - first made in 1999 - that his violent methods are justified to quell a ruthless rebellion", writes The Guardian.

Strange 'terrorists': One dreamed of career and money, and the second one to play for America at Olympics

Strong promotion of the story about some Boston explosions is continuing. After the US government proclaimed as "suspects" two natives of Dagestan and Kirghizstan, ethnic Chechens - Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnayevs - interest of the Russian media in the Boston incident has drastically increased.

Publications with various hints started to appear one after another, and some commentators have flauntingly poked US with lofty phrases like - "Well, now, Putin and Assad are laughing at the US who support terrorists in Syria".

Besides, the story of the brothers is still very confusing, although the PR-component of the whole campaign cannot not avoided from seeing with everybody's eye.

For example, the name of one of a teenager "terrorist" who by the way is only 19, Dzhokhar is a well-recognized "brand" being the name of the first president of independent Chechnya that explicitly links the "perpetrator of terrorist act" in Boston to northern Caucasus.

Meanwhile, some experts point out that the only factor that seems to have been considered as evidence by American investigators are people with backpacks that were spotted by street cameras.

Obviously, the Americans opted for continuous inspection of everybody with backpacks on the streets of Boston on the day of the incident.

Since then, several people were arrested, but later released. What actually happened to Tamerlan Tsarnayev, why the shooting started, is not known from independent sources yet. Reports that the brothers attacked a police car, and carjacked and did a bunch of different things, instead to keep low profile after the explosion and wait a bit, seems at least odd.

US authorities have declared wanted the19-year-old boy.

Speaking of the brothers, they practically did not live in Chechnya, and the youngest was born in Kyrgyzstan. From there, they emigrated to the United States, judging from a page on a Russian social network "Vkontakte", Dzhokhar Tsarnayev is very far from fitting into the image of an "Islamic terrorist". As his main credo he called his professional career and money. And besides, he visited his page on the Russian social network just a few hours ago being sought by American police.

On the website of the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School, where Tsarnayev studied, it was noted that in February 2011, he was granted a title Athlete of the Month. This school was graduated by such celebrities as Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

As for his older brother, a 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnayev, it turned out that he was professionally trained as a boxer and was preparing to join the US Olympic team.

According to his own statements, because Chechnya is not an independent country, he played for the United States, not for Russia. Such information is contained on the profile of the organization Wai Kru Mixed Martial Arts center, where he got training in boxing.

This was reported also in a photo gallery of Tsarnayev's training. According to it, he would rather play for the United States than for a Russian team. The boxer added that he cannot get into the team because he does not have American citizenship, but he hopes to get it in the future.

In a conversation with a photographer, the athlete also said that he is ready to play for Chechnya only if it gains independence.

Tamerlan Tsarnayev lived in the US since 2002 or 2003. He studied engineering at Bunker Hill Community College in Boston.

Americans found his page on YouTube, where he assembled his favorite video clips. It is interesting that one of the clips, which Tamerlan Tsarnayev favored, was a video called "How I accepted Islam and became a Shiite".

The Americans concluded that Tamerlan might be associated with the strictly Sunnite Al-Qaeda. In addition to the video on Islam, one of his favored videos is dedicated to an anarchist organization named The Black Banner. According to the portal Mother Jones, the patron of the Black Banner is supposedly Al-Qaeda.

Meanwhile, western correspondents in Moscow, who tried to contact Putin's puppet Chechnya leader, Kadyrov, reported that his speaker had conveniently switched off his cell phone. He does not want to talk to the press in connection with the Boston incident.

And there is another interesting detail. Moscow correspondent of The Economist Joshua Yaffa recalled that earlier this week, Putin's sports minister said that the Boston incident was a "warning signal" for the upcoming Olympic games in Sochi. This is another fine information with a link to "Caucasian terrorists".
